WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

We kindly ask to RSVP by July 31, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to know a total guest count to plan according for the food amount needed and seating arrangements. We hope you understand.

We ask all guest to wear formal attire. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a traditional suit. For women, floor-length or mid-length dresses. We ask guests to avoid wearing white, blue and green, which are reserved for the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Guests may wear fall colours or black. Also, please keep in mind the ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress warmly.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if a present is your desire, we would be honoured with a monetary gift to help us save for our future home and travels.

Yes! However, due to limited space in our reception area kids will be dining at the lower level of Bowness hall.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitations. Your invitations will say how many guests are included in your party. We appreciate you understanding.

The ceremony will begin at 11:00 am. We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find their seats. If you should arrive later than 11:30 am, the ushers will ask you to find your seats after the entrance of the entourage and the bride.

Both the ceremony and reception venues offer ample on-site parking. Please refer to the map for directions to the designated reception parking area.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer & videographer. We will absolutely share all those photos with you!

No. We have chosen to have our wedding day alcohol free. There will be pop, water, coffee, and juice available during the reception.

We will be serving a delicious Filipino buffet-style dinner with a variety of options of beef, chicken, pork, rice, noodles, and dessert.
